‘Ladies Information Day’ on 13 March
Many ladies have expressed an interest in receiving more cultural and tourist information about the area in which they live. In order to give you updated information about SHAPE and activities you can do in Belgium, particularly in this region, a 'Ladies Information Day' will be organised on 13 March. The presentation will be done by members of the local tourism offices, the Office of Promotion of Tourism of Brussels and Wallonia, the town representatives of Mons, and others.
The itinerary is as follows:
- 0930 hrs: Arrival at SHAPE (Auditorium, Bldg 102, HQ)
- 0930-1000 hrs: Coffee
- 1000-1230 hrs: Briefings (‘SHAPE Today’, 'Newcomers' and cultural programmes, leisure time in Mons, …)
- 1230-1400 hrs: Lunch (max E20, all inclusive)
- 1400-1500 hrs: Open discussion with the speakers or reception committee at the City Hall of Mons (depending on the number of participants)
The lunch will be held in the SHAPE Club (price to be determined according to the number of participants, max E20).
