Central Texas College (CTC) offers “Microsoft Certified System Administrator Training” online and via video iPod. Learn everything from how to build a single computer to managing a network of users. Active duty service members may use tuition assistance to earn 18 semester hours of college credit, a college certificate, and the knowledge to take the Microsoft Certification exams. University of Maryland University College offers 1-semester hour seminar MGST198E “Personal Investment”. The class meets 8-9 March (Saturday and Sunday) from 0900 to 1730 hours at the Education Centre, Bldg 212 on SHAPE. Call 423-5173 for more information.
This seminar introduces the student to developing a solid savings and investment plan. The student will learn to formulate personal financial objectives and to translate them into specific investment goals. By identifying and prioritising personal investment goals, such as buying a new home, paying college tuition for children and funding a comfortable retirement, the student can help ensure investments selected are appropriate to help achieve personal investment goals.
Computer Lab
Computer Lab at the USAG Benelux Education Centre, Bldg 212, rm 129, provides free access to the Internet to assist students with research and studies. Headphones are available to ensure privacy.
