The Unity Gospel Choir
New Year Benefit Concert

For the 3rd year running, the Unity Gospel Choir will perform in the Catholic Church, Place de Baudour, in Baudour. This great event will start on Saturday, 2 February at 1930 hours . The entrance fee 
is 3 euros and all benefits go to the International Red Cross.
A bit of history on this choir......
Three years ago Mrs Angela Wainwright and Frenz Slayton were just talking about some great praise and worship songs. They came up with the idea of putting a choir together made up of Christians from different churches, countries and backgrounds, to reach out to the Belgian comminity. The Unity Gospel Choir was born.
The pastor in the local church, Mr Parent, allowed the choir to sing in his beautiful church, the local mayor’s office provided a stage and extra chairs, local newspapers gave us free ads in their papers, and with the help of many the New Year Gospel Concert has become an event to look forward to. We cordially invite all Shapians to come out and listen to the good news!

Coming from SHAPE, at the inter-section (crossroads) near Speedy, take left (dir. Baudour) and follow the canal road for 7 km.
At the first traffic lights turn right, and at the end of the street turn left. Drive into village centre; church St. Géry, Place de Baudour.
